Conducting an Insta-Audit

The Insta-audit process informally assesses multiple essential indicators in order to determine the school's current status and prioritize next steps for planning and implementation of technology to increase results for all students. Facilitation of a self-reflecting assessment process is conducted with large groups of stakeholders in a focus group format. Grappling with Accountability's Ranking Guides for twenty-four essential indicators is used to generate dialogue, understanding and group decisions.
